Mehsani Buffalo, Color : Sometimes Partially Brown

We are one of the foremost suppliers of Mehsani Buffalo in Gujarat. They are generally black in color. But sometimes partially brown Mehsani buffalos are also seen with white spots on face, legs or tail-tip. Their bodies are longer than Murrah Buffalos and limbs are lighter. The average daily lactation is 5-10 liters per day. The breed is supposed to have good persistency. The inter-calving period ranges from 450 and 550 days.
