• 7530 mm thick, Solid PVC Panel Doors available in different printed and matte colors with custom made size.
• Providing & fixing 30mm, made of single piece extruded solid PVC profile
• The styles & rails shall have size of 75 x 30 mm
• The style and top bottom rail shall have one side a thickness of 15 mm on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power
• The styles and rails shall be reinforced with MS tube of size 19 x 19 mm x 19 gauge solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and rails & lock rail with a cavity, 5 mm solid PVC single sheet will be set as panel
• The styles and rails will be metered cut and join with the help of PVC solvent cement, SDST screw, and PVC bracket of size 200 x 75 mm at each corner
• Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 x 30 mm will & wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm solid in the middle will fixed with the help of PVC solvent cement & SDST screw
