Flush door reinforce with welded M.S.Tube Frame of 22 guage M.S.Pipe (size-20 mm x 20mm) and lipped with 15 mm thick and 20mm wide sheet baton (made by sticking 3 sheet with pvc doorsolvent cement) on all four sides. Waterproof, Termite proof and fire retardant sheets are used on both faces. Sheet baton of 10mm thickness and 20mm width are reinforced in whole inside areas with a certain gape insert as per direction of engineer in charge and buyers specification. All easily available hardware can be fitted on the door.
