Solid Press On Tyres

We make available best-in-class Solid Press on Tyres, which are fabricated using hard rubber compounds that are molded on mild steel rims. The rubber compounds that are available in Solid Press on Tyres, are bonded with the steel rims using the best adhesive cushion gum. We have diverse mold range depending upon the requirements of the clients. Construction

• Tread : Made from natural and synthetic rubber, carbon black and diverse rubber chemicals. These compounds are mixed in such a manner to provide utmost resistance against cut-growth and chipping.
• Steel Rim : High reusability for re-rubberisation, the steel rim ensures best setting of tyre, The steel rim is best used in proper setting of the tyre on the hub of a forklift truck/trailor.
• Sterling Bonding : The Sterling Bonding is applied between tread and rim, which assures no bonding failure.
• Hub Type : The Solid Press on Tyres, we offer, are provided with hub type which facilitates assembly on to the wheel axle.
