Solid Cushion Tyres

Our Solid Cushion Tyres are abrasion resistant and compound combined with the excellent tread design so as to ensure improved stability, traction and braking in both dry and wet conditions. The effective tread pattern of Solid Cushion Tyres enables easy steering while leaving no steering marks during acceleration and provides longer life. Tread gives uniform wear and tear resistance enhancing Tyre life, assures lesser rolling resistance and low heat generation. The resilient center rubber compound ensures tough yet flexible cushioning effect and being reinforced with hi-tensile steel base ensuring fitment and improving wheel protection.

Special Application Tyres

• Heat Resistant Tyres : These Tyres are used in Smelter Plants, Foundries and  other areas  where   high temperature  application is used in Process. The Special Compounding Technology keeps the safety of the compound from deteriorating   in Properties at high ambient environment.

• Non Markers : These Tyres are used in clean Floor surfaces where Black tyres usage will leave Black marks  Or Skid Marks .  Mostly Food Processing Companies, Optics, Electronic, Paper, beverages, Pharmaceutical Firms and Auto Painting shops are main users. Tyre combines all the outstanding features of Robust Tyre  in addition to offering Excellent Mileage, Lower Rolling Resistance, No Black Tracks / Skid marks

Note : Tyre is electrically non – conductive. Electrostatic discharge in the presence of hazardous materials will lead to Fire & Explosions. Hence the Vehicle must therefore be earthed properly.

• Anti Static Tyres :  Tyres are manufactured with Electrical Resistance.  Industries where they Manufacture Explosives, Mines.. use this Tyres to avoid any Fire &  Explosions.
