Solar Water Heater (Flat Plate)

Technology: Solar Water Heating System consists of solar collector, insulated hot water storage tank, insulated pipings, control and instrumentation etc. Solar Energy incident on the absorber panel coated with selected coating transfers the heat to the water flowing in the riser pipe underneath the absorber fins. The water passing through the riser is then delivered to the insulated storage tank and the same water is re-circulated throughout the day till the maximum temperature is achieved.

Design: we employ the latest techniques to design its solar water heating systems to get maximum absorption of solar energy.

• ISI Marked polyester powder coated Flat Plate Solar Collector with high transmitive clear toughened glass glazing.
• Absorber Material: Headers, risers and fins are made using 99.9% pure copper with selective black chrome coating.
• Absorber Welding: Ultra Sonic Laser permanent bonding between copper fins & tubes results in high heat absorption and better efficiency.
• Storage tank: Stainless Steel (SS-304), TIG welded for longer life.
• Tank insulation: High density injected PUF insulation. PUF has insulation properties which are twice as effective as any other insulation material which helps in maximum heat retention and ensures best result in all seasons.

Technical Data FPC Systems:  In this type, solar radiation is absorbed by the flat plate collectors which consists of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet. Inside, there are black chromium coated copper absorber (selectively coated) sheets with built in riser tubes to carry water. The absorber absorbs solar radiations and transfers the heat to the folowing water.
