solar photovoltaic pumping system consists of three components: solar panels, PV pump inverters and three-phase AC pump. Solar arrays have several in-parallel solar cell components, absorbing solar energy and convert it into electricity for the entire system power. PV pump inverter can control and adjust for the system. It can convert DC produced by solar panels into AC to drive the water pump. According to changes in sunlight intensity to adjust the output frequency, the pump inverter can get the maximum power point tracking, and make the maximal use of solar energy
1.PV power system fully automatic operate, without on duty. Solar Water Pumping System is composed of solar cell arrays, pump inverter and water pump. Water storage replaces battery and directly drives pumping, with high reliability, at the same time, it can reduce system cost and maintenance costs.
2.According to the sunlight intensity to adjust pump speed, the output power close to the solar array maximum power; when the sunshine is sufficient, pump speed does not exceed the rated speed; when sunlight is insufficient, it will automatic stop working according to the minimum operating frequency.
3.Water pump is driven by three phase AC inverter. Pumping water from the deep well or rivers and lakes is poured into the water tank/pool, or directly connect irrigation system and fountain systems. To choose water pump depends on actual demands and installation conditions

Sheet Metal Shop:
We carry our marking, shearing and bending of the tank outers, collector boxes etc in this sheet metal shop.
Light Fabrication Shop:
With the help of modern argon welding & oxy-acetylene welding facility, the of copper tanks, stainless Steel tanks & aluminum collectors welding is carried in the light fabrication shops. Regular inspections are executed order to keep the tanks and collectors within conformance limits.
Heavy Fabrication Shop:
Our modern heavy fabrication shop enables us to customize our products as per clients specifications. We fabricate thick and high capacity industrial tanks in this shop.
Testing Facilities:
Prior to the dispatch of the output, we execute various testing measures.
Pressure testing:
Each and every tank and collector manufactured by us is tested at higher than the usual operating pressures, so that you get completely leak proof collectors only.
Glass testing:
We use the best possible Toughened Glass with a transmissivity of 0.85% or higher only, so as not to compromise on performance or strength. The transmissivity and toughness of the glass is tested prior to use.
Testing of our painted products:
All the powdered coated collectors and tank outers are tested for paint quality and thickness, giving it the finish and the appeal you desire.
Testing of Rubber Products:
The rubber gaskets and flanges are tested at 120 degrees Centigrade to make sure that they don’t deform at high operating temperatures thus ensuring longer system life.
