It not only dry the fish in 6 to 10 hours it retains fish hygienic, avoids risk of contamination with dust particles and harmful contaminants and keeps it free from bird and rat droppings etc. Also use of solar dryer gives fishermen handsome profits as the solar dried fish is not only very clean, but also can be stored for a longer time and has a better product value than normally dried fish.
