Solar Dryer

The Solar Drier is a relatively less expensive system where sun's heat energy is effectively used for drying of agricultural produce, fish etc. for preservation for latter use or as a integral process for production. Solar Dryer is very effective in drying ginger, turmeric, mushroom, chilly, fish etc. Sun's heat energy is trapped to heat up the air and this hot air is passed trough the materials to be dried.
