The plant is sprawled in over 25,000 sqmt, with over 10,000 sqmt built-up area, we are manufacturing over 40,000 sofa units/annum catering to large chain store owners like Godrej, Future Group, Style Spa as OE suppliers.
Our list of clients includes Reliance Retail Limited, MORE, @Home, Housefull,Spencers and others. We are the only composite unit making our own Moulded PU Foam & are currently in the process of installing batch foaming machine to cater our own foam needs. Our plant uses multiple carousels for assembling & conveying sofas, resulting into one sofa unit duly packed and ready for despatch within 4 mintues. Our daily despatch routine is 3 X 40ft containers. All our sofas are packed in 24BS boxes and our MOQ for any new order is 100 sets/month for each design.
