Sodium Silicate Glass

We offer Sodium Silicate Glass in different grades, namely alkaline and neutral in order to serve diverse needs of the clients. In order to use Sodium Silicate Glass for various industrial applications it has to be liquefied. Sodium Silicate Glass is applied in textile industry, cement plants, lumber processing, refractories, automobile industry, etc.
Alkaline Grade Specifications:

• Wt. Ratio of Na₂O : SiO₂ 1:1.7 to 2.8
• Total Soluble Solids : 99% min
• Na₂O : 26 to 34%
• SiO₂ : 65 to 73%

Neutral Grade Specifications :

• Wt. Ratio of Na₂O : SiO₂ 1:2.9 to 3.3
• Total Soluble Solids : 98.5% min
• Na₂O : 23 to 25%
• SiO₂ : 73 to 76%
