Sodium Fusidate belongs to a class of drugs named antibiotics prescribed to treat infections of the skin, injuries, bone, heart tissue, lungs, septicaemia (blood infection), impetigo (inflamed patches of skin), skin rash, and infections linked with the disorder cystic fibrosis. Bacterial infections are provoked due to the proliferation of dangerous bacteria inside or on the body. Sodium Fusidate does not function against infections provoked by the virus, such as cold and flu. Sodium Fusidate includes ‘Sodium fusidate’ which functions by controlling the synthesis of vital proteins needed for the survival of the bacteria. Therefore, prevents bacterial development and treats the infection.
