Sodium Caseinate, Colour:White To Creamy White

Zeon manufactures and supplies high quality sodium/calcium caseinate. It is a spray dried milk protien that is low in fat and carbohydrates. These caseinates are readily dispersible in water to form stable colloidal suspension. They have a bland flavour and are suitable flavour sensitive formulations.

Storage & Handling

It is recommended that product should be stored at temperatures beow 30°C, relative humidity below 65% and in an odor free environment.
