Capable of stamping Bandless, Banded & Irregular-shaped soaps.
Output Speed: 50 stroke x no of cavities [2 / 3/ 4 / 5] = Output
Easy & quick die replacement as only 2 sides are to be fitted
Servo Driven soap feeding/slugging & soap pick-up for high end accuracy
Independently Driven In-feed & Delivery belt conveyors that are VFD/ AC drive controlled
Scrap Recycle belt conveyor is interlinked to drive scrap to the back end
PLC based machine that controls all the motions

The MCSS-5 is a similar model to our MCS-5 with regards to functional operations, the only difference is the outer body covering and internal contact parts are fabricated from AISI 304 or AISI 316 that are required for Pharmaceutical Companies
