mini cap is india’s first automatic bench-top capsule filling machine for powder and pellet filling. The machine has been designed to fill hard capsules and is incorporated with plc controls and is designed as per gmp and ce standards (optional).basic machine for r & d laboratories, f & d scientists, process development laboratories.
Its compact size and its design it is easy to install the machine on any work bench. The work cycle is totally automatic and is controlled by programmable logic control (plc).
Most of the r&d scale encapsulation machines of capacity of more than3,000 capsules hour (viz. “karnavati” minicap model tamping principal) are fully automatic and operator.
