Sluice Valve

All the sluice valves for water are made to IS specifications. BODY COVER, WEDGE DOOR, GLANDS and HAND WHEELS are made of graded cast iron, accurately machined and fitted through out. The spindle is made of finest, solid, forged brass or stainless steel, shaped under hammer and machined all over. Strong square, single thread being cut to suit the valve nut. The valve nut is of gun metal, screwed, square thread and properly fitted into the races at top of door. Every sluice valve is tested hydraulically before dispatch.   Available size: 50 mm (2”) to 450 mm
