SQUARE SLOTTED ANGLE RACKS′ are useful for small parts and spares stored on shelves. Adjustable shelving is important as spares operations change frequently and it can be expected that tote boxes will be changed to suit the product in that particular store location. This type of shelving is easy to adapt, with cross members quickly unbolted or unclipped; shelves can be adjusted to any level.

Units can either be assembled from slotted angle lengths by the user, or purchased purpose made. A very wide range of shelf sizes and types is available; this includes open back shelving, closed back, long span with steel shelving and with steel sides, back, and shelves with adjustable steel vertical dividers also known as Pigeon hole racks.

• Square Slotted Angle – sections are made from steel confirming to IS:513 or IS:1079, if requested for strength purposes, IS:4043 HH materials can be used.

• Square Steel Panels – Square Steel Panels are available in 4-Bends and 6-Bends. Square 6-Bends panels are specially designed for radius bend in bottom fold which may be bolted to verticle angles. These are useful in construction of storage systems. 4-Bends panels may be bolted to horizontal angles.

• Square Cladding Sheets – are flat sheets having holes in two opposite sides for bolting to angles. these are manufactured in sizes as per the requirements of storage units.

• Square Slotted Strips – Square Slotted Strips are used as compartment guards, bracing.

• Square Corner Plates – are used for joining and electro galvanised nut-bolts with hexagonal headed in 8 mm dia in two lengths of 13mm and 19mm.

• Square Slotted Angle, Steel Panels, Cladding Sheets, Strips, Corner Plates – are painted with stove enamelled in BS grey shade over a rust protective under coat for everlasting finish. We are having a fully equipped technical unit managed by qualified people to render free technical services.
