Providing Fire Resistant Metal Door frame of section 125 x 60 mm having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm Galvanized Sheet. The frame is fitted with intumescent fire seal strip of size 10x4 mm (minimum) around the frame & fixing with dash Fastner of approved size & make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer etc.
Providing 46 mm thick Glazed Fire Resistant Door Shutter of 120 min. fire rating conforming to IS 3614 with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail and bottom rail 100 mm wide, made out of 1.25mm GI Sheet dully filled with FR insulation, material with hardware complete.
Providing Glazing in Fire Resistant Door shutters, fixed panels, ventilators & partitions etc. with G.I Beading of appropriate size, made out of 1.25mm G.I Sheet. With Wire Fire Resistant glass panes 6mm thick of approved brand, having minimum 60 min. fire resistance.
