Surface Preparation & Application : Sand the wooden substrate along the grains, sequentially, with abrasive paper from grit numbers 80 to 180. The dust, dirt that comes out during the sanding process should be totally removed. Apply 2-3 coats of Sleek HS Melamine Sealer depending on the filling required. Drying time between coats 3-4 hours & inter-coat sanding using abrasive paper grit number 320.
Apply 2 coats of Sleek HS Melamine Topcoat by brush / spray with 4-6 hours drying time between coats. Inter-coat sanding using abrasive paper grit number 400.
