BOW : In variant of 1 + 6 X 630, 1 + 4 X 800, 1000, 1250, 1600.
CRADLE : Fabricated from MS, floating type balanced cradles are provided to hold the bobbins.
MACHINE BRAKE : All rotating machines will have pneumatic operated disc brake with solenoid valve & air regulator.
DIE HOLDER : Suitable die box with adjustable distance is provided.
COUNTER METER : To measure the length by 1 mtr. Circumference counter wheel with Mechanical Counter as well as Electronics Counter through pulses from Digital Proximity Sensors.
CAPSTAN : Dual grooved capstan 800mm to 1500mm as per requirement are provided.
LAY : Lay are set through PLC and HMI in infinity combinations digitally.
TRAVERSE: Trolley driven by square threaded screw which is coupled with AC geared motor & driven by AC VFD to get infinite variable pitch.
TAKE UP : Portal type self traversing Take Up 1600mm to 2000mm as per requirement is provided.
