Sp 650 is a six spindle machine designed to meet the requirements of high production for components of bore dia up to 38 mm. Sp 650 is a six spindle machine designed to meet the requirements of high production for components of bore dia up to 38 mm. Here the configuration is six spindle and eight stations. Two stations are idle always for loading unloading of the component. This machine is suitable for stock removal of 50-60 mm .app. Per spindle stock remove is 10-15 mm. In case of material removal upto 0.030 on dia, pair of three spindles can be configured to finish the component. Hence, two components can be finished every cycle. The productivity is doubled.
