It is simple and rugged equipment to part multi-cavity grid panel into individual grids. This comes handy in parting multi-cavity grids panels of motor cycle, smaller capacity grid panel The operation is simple & no skilled operator is required. The grid panels in sets of 15 to 20 are placed in the jig plate which is then clamped by pneumatic cylinder. Once the panels are clamped, the jig plate is moved to the rotating Arbor on which the carbide tipped cutter are mounted to affect parting.
