Zizira Unprocessed Black Cardamom, Grade : 1st Grdae

Sourced from the foothills of Meghalaya, black cardamom is a spice with black pods that looks similar to the green cardamom pods. Commonly known as badi elaichi or Kali elaichi. Because of its distinct smoky aroma and flavor, black cardamom is often used as a substitute for the green cardamom.
