It was incorporated in the year 1961 by its founder director Late Shri Jagan Nath Dhiman, in Sanaur, a village near Patiala, Punjab (India). Later on the premises of the company were shifted to the Patiala city and at present, the company owns three manufacturing units in Patiala, Punjab (India), having state of art machinery and equipments. The company is managed by professional and experienced engineers and since its inception the company is well known for its high quality products and catering to the needs of Carpenters society across the country..
