Single Chamber Cleaning Machine

single chamber cleaning machine is specially designed for batch type cleaning without any transfer mechanism. While in the other machines we have parts moving into the various chamber, in this machines fluids are moved in a single chamber to achieve the cleaning.

the job is loaded in the machine the auto cycle is started.
the leak proof door gets closed.
the system has cleaning, rising and drying.
the job is continuously rotated during process

generally cleaning begins with
injection flood wash
where by the introduction of very high pressure liquid in process liquid  strong turbulence is created because of which liquid reaches tiny holes and also ensures effective cleaning all over. To effect the same the liquid is transferred from the storage tank to the cleaning chamber by a pump.

ultrasonic cleaning
by which very fine holes and holes with complex geometries can be cleaned.

rinsing are either single or multiple rinses with flood washing.
injection flood rinse
iseffective rinse is essential for remove residual chemicals and avoid re deposition of contaminants which is done by immersing the components in water bath with high-pressure turbulence.
drying is effected by simple air blow, hot air blow or vacuum drying.
hot air drying
recirculation of hot air at around 100 deg c for a specified time to remove all the moisture.
vacuum drying
to effect a total bone dry component, a vacuum drying station is added. Lowering of boiling point of liquid at higher vacuum is effectively used to dry the components.
