Ultra cure basket strainers filters are designed for installation in horizontal lines. They are commonly used for continuous liquid service applications, where high flow capacity is required.
Installed upright, in a horizontal line, the basket strainer lifts out from the top. This makes it easier to use with gummy or sticky fluids or with large pipeline sizes where the filled basket weight can be considerable.
Material of construction:
body - carbon steel, s.s, alloy steel, fabricated or as required
mesh (element) - s.s 304, s.s 316316l or as required
end connection: flt faced, raised face, rtj flanged, and butt weld or as requested.
