We offer gas filters. We manufacture a wide range of compressed air and gas filters, which is ultra filter micro filters, used in effective removal of oil and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. The compressed air and gas filters that we are offering provide complete safety to the machines because if these particles are not removed they can be harmful for the machinery and equipment in the plant. Housings for the filters are made available by us in aluminium, carbon steel, stainless steel, mild steel & other materials.
These are ultra filters, which remove oil and dust particles that are mixed with condensate. As particles forms an amalgam, a thick viscous matter that gets stuck in airlines and orifices in the pneumatic system and instrumentation.
Our compressed air and gas filters are designed for10 m3hr to 50,000 m3hr capacity and can withstand the pressure up to 16 bars in standard range and 400 bars in high pressure range.
Major impurities in compressed air and corresponding elementssystem offered
impurities: particulate contamination - atmospheric dust (140 million particlesm3), worn out compressor parts, pipe scale and rust.
type of element offered: sintered bronze, sintered polyethylene, sintered stainless steel elements. (these are of one micron having 100% efficiency and withstand temperatures up to 40oc).
impurities: liquid contamination moisture in air, compressor oil
type of element offered: borosilicate glass fiber filter of rating 0.01 micron having efficiency up to 99.99999%. It allows the residual oil at outlet 0.003 ppm and withstands up to 180oc temperatures
impurities: vapor contamination (oil) - acid fumes, hydrocarbon aerosols which are still present in the air
