BURSTING STRENGTH TESTER FOR PAPER

This Equipment determines the Bursting Strength of Paper. The Specimen is clamped between two concentric plates, each having circular opening in the center.The Uniform  Pressure is produced by an Electric Motor & Gear and the Plunger reverses automatically after rupture. This saves the testing time and increases Rubber Membrane Diaphragm's life. The Bursting Pressure, at the time of Rupture is recorded on a Sensitive Pressure Gauge as well as on the Digital Display Panel, which indicates the Test Results in Kg./Cm² or in PSI Units. The Equipment is operated through a Key Pad on the front Panel, enabling to feed the GSM of Paper in the Test Data which resultsin, the Burst Factor (B.F) also.
