rotating blades are provided with vertical m otion for cutting of blades. there is special alloy metal cutting blades at base frame provide effective drainage of acid. conveyor is provided with lock plates to forward movement of batteries against cutting wheel. in order to cut different height batteries cutting blades can be move simultaneously up and down by motorized gear screw arrangement.
