Silicone Tri-Clamp Gasket

We manufacture and export qualitative Silicone Tri Clamp Gasket. These are offered with collar for a better grip and available without this option. These are widely use in the industrial segments such as hydraulic machinery, commercial vehicles, components and assemblies manufacturers and tractors & farm machinery. We use qualitative standard sillicone rubber, which gives a better durability and excellent chemical compatibility. These gaskets are also available in Transparent Sillicone of Highest Standard (FDA21CFR 177.2600).
 
We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of FBD Inflatable Gasket and it functions like a cycle tube. These are offered in various shapes and sizes and offered in customized shapes. The gasket inflates and seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing. The gasket is manufactured using Food Pharma Grade white Neoprene Rubber. On application of pressure it gets inflated by 10mm to 12mm when 2 to 4kg. 
We offer three types of gaskets in fluid bed dryer. These include:
•    PC-Top Bowl Sealing Gasket (40mm x 22mm)
•    PC-Bottom Sealing Gasket (40mm x 22mm)
•    Fitter Press Bag Sealing Gasket, (50mm x 20mm)
We also offer ex-stock spare gaskets for Alliance Make model for GMP with the capacity ranging from 5kg to 500 kg. in addition we also develop inflatable gaskets in Silicone Transparent Rubber for PAM GLATT Machines of different capacity from 125kg to 1300 Ltr. All our FBD Inflatable gaskets conform to the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements. Furthermore, our silicone gaskets are also supplied to major OEMs.
