Silicone Autoclavable Gasket (Extruded Door Gasket)

We are engage din offering an array of Silicone Autoclavable Gasket. These are available in more than 1000 different shapes and designs. The soft Sillicone Sponge Gasket (Hardness range from Shore A15 to 30) to solid sillicone Gasket (Hardness range from Shore A35 to 85). We use premium grade Food-Pharma Grade Sillicone Rubber. The use of these raw material helps in withstanding a temperature range of - 80°C to + 250°C. We offer these gaskets in square cross sections like 20mm x 20mm, 25mm x 25mm x 25mm with central hole of 10mm diameter. To make them look more elegant these gaskets are offered in red, white, orange and other as per the specific requirement of the clients. These are widely appreciated for their dimensional preciseness, sturdiness, flexibility and longer functional life.   
We offer qualitative 'O' Ring that is offered in materials such as Viton, Silicone, Neoprene and Nitrile. These ‘O’ rings are offered in the sizes ranging from  ID 2.0mm to 600mm from it's 500 single piece moulds. These rings are also developed in Viton up to 3000mm.
 
In order to ensure accurate dimension, excellent finish, invisible flash line, properly post cured and absolutely defect free these ‘O’ rings are manufactured on a Hydraulic Press with tightly controlled temperature and time. These are widely appreciated for their dimensional accuracy, high flexibility and longer functionality.
