Owing to our expertise, we offer premium Silica Ramming Mass to our esteemed clients. Silica Ramming Mass is used in the lining of Induction furnaces. The Silica Ramming Mass that we manufacture and supply provides better quality of lining, resulting in the smooth working of the furnaces. We offer Quartz base and Quartzite base Silica Ramming Mass. The role of Acidic Ramming Mass in steel melting through induction Furnace is very important. This is due to its important property to withstand thermal shocks without developing any cracks due to interrupted power supply. We have taken initiative to put our head together and started a high quality plant for manufacturing of Acidic Ramming Mass for our region. This is Called BELRAM. It is suitable for standing higher temperature up to l72o C. Important Features
  • For the first new lining the requirem¬ent of Acidic Ramming Mass is almost 50% of the Furnace capacity in weight
  • Remove iron or steel contents by powerful magnet
  • It is required to be preheated to 70'-80'C so as to eliminate moisture during summer months and winter season or rainy season. the mass should be preheated at a temperature of 140o - 150o C. then after cooling it down to 50o - 60oC mix thoroughly 0.8 to 1.5 percent boric acid according to the size of the crucible
  • Store the Ramming mass in dry and dust free area

  • Quartzite based BELRAM 100 Our Quartzite based BELRAM 100 is used in the lining of induction furnaces of more than 10MT capacity. Quality of Acidic Ramming mass is directly related to the heating performance of the furnaces. Better quality of lining results in the smooth working of furnaces, optimum output and better metallurgical control. We suggest using premix material
  • Quartz based BELRAM 200 Our Quartz based BELRAM 200 is designed to minimize erosion in induction melting. The highly controlled Silica and a particle size distribution has been kept at an optimum level, according to the furnace capacity and make, gives a high density, trouble free and consistent linings. It is also suitable & economical for ladle lining. We are the only company to have separate grade for different furnaces
