This is due to its important property to withstand thermal shocks without developing any cracks due to interrupted power supply. We have taken initiative to put our head together and started a high quality plant for manufacturing of Acidic Ramming Mass for our region. This is Called BELRAM. It is suitable for standing higher temperature up to l72^o C. Important Features

• For the first new lining the requirem¬ent of Acidic Ramming Mass is almost 50% of the Furnace capacity in weight
• Remove iron or steel contents by powerful magnet
• It is required to be preheated to 70'-80'C so as to eliminate moisture during summer months and winter season or rainy season. the mass should be preheated at a temperature of 140^o - 150^o C. then after cooling it down to 50^o - 60^oC mix thoroughly 0.8 to 1.5 percent boric acid according to the size of the crucible
• Store the Ramming mass in dry and dust free area

It is also suitable & economical for ladle lining. We are the only company to have separate grade for different furnaces
