Tooth powder is one of the most essential & the most used personal care product & is associated with large group of people as beside toothpaste, tooth powder is vastly used to clean teeth.
The making process of tooth powder begins with mixing of precipitated chalk (Calcium Carbonate) along with Thymol, Menthol & Camphor to form aroma compound. Rest of ingredients, i.e. Magnesium, Soapstone powder and Precipitated Chalk, are taken in a big mortar or grinder machine. While grinding, the aroma compound which were prepared earlier are added little by little so that they all mix and grind into fine powder. Once it is grinded into fine powder form, it goes of packaging.
Before packaging it should be sieved in sieving & screening machine so that hard particles can be removed & separated from the final product.
