Fenix designs and manufactures highly efficient and low-cost fractionating trays consisting of vapour/liquid contacting decks to meet specific process requirements in tray-sizes upto 8.0 m diameter.
our sieve trays, mechanically the simplest of the trays, are uniformly perforated metallic plates with round holes. This type is the cheapest among the tray types. It does not have much flexibility for operational liquid load.
trays as the vapour-liquid contacting device are less efficient compared to structured packings for mass-transfer operations and are used when the the systems do not need quite high number of theoretical stages for separation and when the throughput required is very high.
