Specification :-

1. Siddhika electric pottery wheel works on specially designed 1/8 HP. Single Phase AC 230V         capacitor star vertical motor.

2. Specially designed single stage gear box is attached to vertical motor for reducing speed &         increasing clay load carrying of the wheel.

3. Motor is fitted in round sheet metal box attached with SS try on top.

4. Working plate made from CAST IRON od 12" ( 305mm ) Daimeter is fitted at top of box.

FEATURES :-

1. Rotary Switch is proveded to get THREE Different Constant Speed As

       Heavy Speed Model  SI 01:- 110RPM, 160RPM, 220RPM

2. All gears are made in case-hardened steel EN353 - SAE8620 re equivalent material.

    they are subject to case-hardened ( 58-62HRC ) quenching and stree-relieving  to give high      quality profile ground gears.

3. Clay load carrying is around 20 to 25 kg. ( Approx. )

4. No. vibration & No. speed reduction during shaping the articles.

5. Auto switch is provided for motor protection.

6. Fan is used for cooling the motor .

7. Easy to operate, portable robust contstruction to with stand rough handling.

8. Box & try are powder coated for long life.
