Shuttle Kiln

These Shuttle Kilns are meant for Batch Type Operation. The Shuttle Kiln can be Manually Operated Controls or both Semi and Fully Automated Control Types. They can also be of Atmosphere Controlled Types depending on the products to be heated with long or short heating cooling cycle. The charge handling on the Cars can be Automated or Manually Operated depending upon the size of the Shuttle Kiln. The lining and heat insulation can be of different materials depending on atmosphere, fuel and cycle time. The temperature range of our Shuttle Kilns is upto 1650o C.
