Indo-Italian Joint Venture
Penguin Engineers, Coimbatore, INDIA & MACDUE, Bologna, ITALY signed a MoU and have started a Joint Venture Company 'ITALINDIA PACKPLUS PRIVATE LIMITED' in Coimbatore with the aim of manufacturing and marketing the MACDUE Shrink Wrapping Machines in INDIA and export them on behalf of MACDUE to Western countries.

Dr. Fiorenzo Donetti of MACDUE, ITALY unveiled the new factory on 27th January 2010. The new production plant started in Coimbatore includes a modern machine shop line for the internal prodution of parts and frames along with a well-organized and equipped assembly shop.

The quality of raw material of each manufactured components is kept high, during manufacture and the finished product is constantly controlled. Every machine is internally tested before the shipment by a skilled team of mechanical and software engineers.
