We can provide tomato processing line in cold-break and hot-break system starting from 2 to 20 ton/hour with different level of automation and different feeding systems of whole tomato.
Hot Break system has been specifically designed to instantaneously increase the temperature of big quantities of incoming product from ambient to inactivation temperature.
The working temperature ranges between 90^oC.
