We, Sarah Foods are engaged in exporting fresh Halal Frozen boneless buffalo meat and other meat products to our valued customers. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP certified company and we have established a well versed meat processing plant at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India. This plant includes different sections like a cold chain system, analytical laboratory and other meat storage spaces. All the areas in the plant are designed to keep freshness of meat at accurate temperature and also make them fresh, cool and ready to export anytime. The whole process of exporting and preserving the meat is carried out under the supervision of our team members and all the consignments are delivered to the customers on­time.
Our meat processing plant is approved by Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. We process the buffalo meat by passing it through many quality check procedures and get them preserved under the hygienic and cool environment. The buffalo meat and other products offered by us are well processed and free from bone. We can also export bulk quantities of buffalo meat anytime and anywhere as per the client's requirement.
Our Cold Chain Unit
To maintain the freshness of buffalo meat, we have a cold chain unit that includes various features like a chiller, cold storage & refrigerated containers for meat storage and other meat cooling items.Also, we maintain the temperature of refrigerator at a certain temperature to keep the meats fresh.The whole unit is designed perfectly and is suitable to maintain the quality of meat to ensure the good health of the person consuming it.
Analytical Laboratory
We have a well­furnished analytical laboratory that is equipped with the latest quality testing instruments and equipment. Our quality testing experts use the finest testing equipment for checking the quality of the meat samples at different parameters. The whole quality testing work is done with firm dedication and accuracy before delivering the consignment to the customers. We deliver the best quality meat to our patrons after the approval of the quality control team.
