Shearing Machine

We manufacture and supply over crank Shearing Machines, which are designed and manufactured using structural analysis technique for high performance, constant and large-scale production, accuracy and durability. These machines fabricated by us are rigid, interconnected in design with strongly welded structure of MS plates and other parts to take a full load with least aberrance. It is equipped with a firm clutch mechanism so that strokes for production can be given.

• Over Crank Shearing Machines have four edges rectangular high quality high carbon high chromium (HCHC) knives for longer durability.
• Gunmetal bushes are available in all running parts.
• A strong mechanical back gauge and hand operated single shot lubrication system is also available in all the shearing machines as standard equipment.
