We, at Enviro Water Solutions, offer the following technologies for wastewater Treatment and Recycling : Activated Sludge Process Wide application of conventional Activated Sludge Process (ASP) for Sewage Treatment in India and abroad is the reason for its consideration. It consumes relatively less power when compared to other modified versions of ASP. Anaerobic digestion of Sludge results in the production of Biogas which has 60 to 70% Methane. Its robust nature, high removal efficiency and capacity to take shock loads testify its selection for evaluation. Its removal efficiency for BOD and TSS are in the range of 85 to 92%. Extended Areation Technology Extended Aeration process is an improvement over the conventional activated sludge process. It is a time proven, mature, conservative process of waste water treatment. Extended aeration plants are one the most basic sewage treatment technologies and probably one of the most versatile methods available. Submerged Aeration Fixed Film (SAFF) Technology Submerged Aeration Fixed Film (SAFF) Technology is based on aerobic suspended growth process and used in the secondary treatment of effluent/sewage treatment plant. The equipment consists of specially designed synthetic media, which facilitates attached fixed film growth of microorganisms. The media is supported by channels. Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Technology The basic idea behind the MBBR development is to have a continuous operating non-clogging bio film reactor which requires (1) No back –washing; (2) Has low head loss; and (3) High specific bio film surface area. This was achieved by growing biomass on small carrier elements that move along with the water in the reactor. The movement within the reactor is generated by aeration in the aerobic reactor. These bio-film carriers are made of special grade plastic having density close to that of water. The overall efficiency achieved with respect BOD and TSS removal is 85 to 90%. UASB + Short Detention Final Polishing Unit (FPU) Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) process for treatment of municipal wastewater is simple and economical. It produces energy and well-stabilized sludge, which has high NPK levels and therefore, is suitable for applying on agricultural land. In the UASB 70 to 80% of BOD and TSS are removed. One/two day detention pond (Final polishing unit) further reduces the BOD and suspended solids, which then makes the effluent suitable for discharge. The overall efficiency achieved with respect BOD and TSS removal is 85 to 90%. Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) SBR is an activated sludge wastewater treatment system for removing dissolved and suspended organic materials and nutrients. In SBR, all unit operations such as aeration, settling and decanting are achieved in a single reactor, by automatic operations. Due to this new technology industrial wastewaters can now treated biologically in ideal conditions, regardless of flow or load variations. Phosphorous and nitrates can be removed biologically as well. Membrane Bioreactor MBR Membrane technology has led to a revolutionary new concept in wastewater treatment. Membranes act as a barrier to bacteria and suspended solids, to produce a low turbidity treatment plant effluent with very low bacteria counts. MBR is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultra filtration with a suspended growth bioreactor. The compact arrangement produces a MF/UF quality effluent suitable for reuse applications or as a high quality feed water source for Reverse Osmosis treatment Advantages
