Adding sequins and cording embroidery function upon the normal flat embroidery machines, with all kinds of embroidery function effects. Make the embroidery works looks more modern, elegant, with more individuation, can be applied for fashion, curtain, bedspread, toys, decoration, arts.
     
    Main functions of characteristics:
    • With mixed embroidery effects for flat, sequins and cording, working speed is more than 600rpm, being convenient to change the cording press foot, with multiple cord feeding holes on the press foot for different sizes of cording material. With novel structure design for the cording system, without losing upper thread, without goffer caused by cording material not smooth.
    • With less thread broken, without lacking stitches, with stable embroidery quality.
      can make different shapes of sequins spangle like round, diamond, flower etc. sequins spangle size from 3mm to 9mm.
    • With novel design for sequins feeding system, with less spangle lacking,
      make sequins feeding smooth and stable, cutting system accurate.
      Applying orientation structure, make sequins adjusting more convenient.
      Both single and double sequins installation as an option, also front and side sequins device as an option.
    • Computerized plus pneumatic control system making operation more easy, time saving, convenient to change fabric, improving the working efficiency.
