TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :

The MARSMAN* HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher) is used to produce high quality cubical shape stone aggregate material. They fetch a high ratio of reduction, direct control of product gradation and excellent cubical product shape. Available in three models with capacity 50, 100, 200 tons per hour

Rolled and Electro welded Steel Bed frame, fitted with one tiltable lid, being the opening device ratchet lever operated type, provides an easy and comfortable inspection and servicing, Likewise, the front area of the manhole lid is tiltable to have access to the feed chamber thus there is no need to dismantle the loading hopper.

Rolled and Electro welded Rotor made out in a single part and equipped with grinding plates, which impact the material against the suspended anvils.

The two oscillating impact anvils, carrying their bars, may be regulated and fixed mechanically, depending on the adjustment which may be regulated and fixed mechanically, depending on the adjustment which may be needed. The suspension is elastic through steel springs.

The entire inner part, touching the material to be crushed, is protected by means of a special antiwear steel plates, interchangeable, which may be fixed & dismantled very easily.

Impact anvils, also made of special antiwear steel, protected by exchangeable thick bars made of special steel as well.

High Resistant, alloyed forged steel shaft, fixed to the rotor by means of accurate conical sleeves, assuring the necessary adjustment and easily dismantled. Special bearing housing made of cast steel, with spherical roller bearings, protected against dust by seal labyrinths and bearings lubricated by grease.
