Industry for Composite manufacturing by Vacuum

Assisted Resin Transfer Molding Process (VBRTM). It

is compatible with wide variety of film types & tool

surfaces of aluminum, steel, fiberglass, nickel &

graphite etc. It forms positive vacuum between vacuum

bag film & molding tool surface. After cure cycle it strips

easily & cleanly from the tool surfaces without leaving

any residue. For clean removal, stripping be done once

mold/ tool has cooled down to room temp. It is suitable

for applications using oven / autoclave up to 200°C
