The refinery gas enters the lower pa, the catalyst particles, coke powder, corrosion products in the pipeline, flocs, and elemental sulfur particles generated by oxidation reaction in the tower from upstream are washed into the rich liquid at the lower part of the desulfurization tower.
The rich liquid filter can prevent a large number of solid pollutants from entering the solvent system. This greatly reduces the number of pollutants in the solvent system.
Lean liquid filter
The high-efficiency combined online lean liquor three-stage filtration technology is a high-efficiency filtration system developed on the basis of the characteristics of various domestic monomer filters, combined with the characteristics of domestic desulfurization units and the use of amine solution, It is specially used for online filtration of desulfurization amine liquid system. A three-level combination is adopted.
In the first stage, a self-cleaning Champion wedge wire screen filter with an inclined groove line is adopted for filtration, with a filtering accuracy of 25 μm. A large number of solid particles in the amine liquid system were filtered and cleaned regularly to realize the regeneration of the stainless steel wedge wire screen filter element.
