•Pre and Post suck back function
•Injection Unit Carriage moves automatically for sprue breaking
•Melt decompression before or after plasticising
•Acurate Temprature Control with high and low setting of all zones with indication
•Automatic mould height adjustment
Clamping Unit:
•Larger moulds capicity due to increased opening stroke, mould thickness & space between tiebars
•Centerlised oil Lubrication arrangement fitted in the moving pattern and ensure
perfect alignment of the mould halves & improves the expensive mould life.
•Mould Safety arrangement with Low pressure mould safety to avoid damadge to the expensive mould
