Air-Tech breaker cum Grinder is suitable for grinding Rigid PVC Scrap of Pipes, Profiles, Spurts of injection moulding or any other rigid plastics into tiny particles of uniform size.

Features

Full length Pipe can be fed & does not require pipes to be cut into small pipes.
Uniform size granules are produced with minimum dust.
Hammers are made out of special alloy steels & does not require sharpening
Heavy duty Bearing Housing of Mild Steel with best quality bearings & is water cooled for long trouble free service.
Heavy duty fame fabricated out of different M.S Sections to absorb any type of vibrations during operations.
Chamber is fabricated in round shape & fitted with steel mesh of require size granules. Air Breather & water cooling is provided for cooling of the chamber.
Robust dust proof panel with Main Switch, Starter, Ampere & Volt Meter & Phase indicating Lamps.
