Service assurance policy (sap)
we understand from our experience that service is highly anticipated in the field of analytical instrumentation more than anything else, thus we introduced a unique new policy for our highly valueable customers called sap(service assurance policy). All the instruments which saks dealing, whether it's under warranty or amc, for every service request, we will depute one of our professionals within 48 hours. If any unlikely event we fail to do so, saks is committed to give back .2 % of the total cost of the instrument if under warranty or 2% of amc amount under amc for every 24 hours.
