GENERAL:
SBR is suitable as admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete and mortars. It makes cement cohesive so prevents segregation and fills up capillaries results in effective waterproofing, fully passes the requirements of IS: 2645 -2003.

AREAS OF APPLICATION:
ï¼ As a waterproofing coating in repair plaster and crack filling as suitable for old to new mortar.
ï¼ As a bond coating by mixing with cement make brush able slurry.
ï¼ Convenient for Patch for repair or levelling of worn/ damaged concrete.
Instruction for use
ï¶ Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all foreign particle like oil, grease, chemicals, other contamination and follow pre-wetting procedure.
ï¶ In general, for normal repair mortars, we recommend 10%- 15% SBR by weight of cement.
ï¶ All internal ways to enter water like pipeline leakage, cracks must be eliminated.
ï¶ To prepare brush able coating slurry, add in cement by 1:1 ratio. Add water as per application and site need.

Consumption:
If used to make waterproof slurry coat: Approximate 40-70 Sq. Ft. area in two coats within 4-5 hours. (SBR:Water:Cement ratio shall be 1:2:5)
