These can be pimples, hair fall, dandruff, heaviness in body, laziness, chest burning, regurgitation, restlessness, hyper acidity, skin problems, Gas, frequent farting etc. To avoid these arising due to constipation use Saral Shuddhi Churna at least once a week.
